Online scheduling is a mess - got a text that I was scheduled even though I checked the box to call prior to scheduling, no one answered when I responded to text, and then an AI robot called me to waste my time. Also, the AI receptionist is annoying and unnecessary (just pay a human).

They were able to get to the house the next day after calling and assessed the problem quickly. Had to order a part but we’re back the next day.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  My system was diagnosed with a leak to the coil. Replacement cost would have been over $3,700. Replacement of the entire system was quoted 24k-28k. We had another company come for a 2nd opinion. Their verdict, system is performing like a champ. No repairs required. Justin was an awesome salesman and easy to work with. He was also able to exactly pinpoint my issue which no other company did. Tyler and Damon were excellent at installing my new unit. My heat broke and they were available to come out the same day. Justin arrived fast and called beforehand to let me know he was on his way. He was very professional, helpful and walked me through the whole process. I ended up replacing my entire unit that was breaking down anyways. Ed Installed the APCOX UV light system. Only in house for 6 months and wet mold had started. Ed came back today and all mold was gone. My wife noticed the change immediately. She commented that when she cooks fish the ode is gone so much faster. Great system and well worth the money. Thank you Ed for recommending it.

Best ac place i have ever dealt with. They actually know what they are doing. I had them replace my entire unit, not only did they replace it they fixed some minor issues with the surrounding wood and drywall. No hesitation to any questions we asked.
